A-Rod on his 6 Million Dollar Bonus

New York Yankees DH Alex Rodriguez did not discuss his disputed marketing bonus in detail when speaking with reporters Sunday.
Yankees GM Brian Cashman told reporters Saturday that the team will not pay Rodriguez the $6 million bonus he was supposed to earn for tying Willie Mays on the all-time home run list.
"I haven’t given it much thought," Rodriguez said Sunday, according to the New York Daily News. "My focus is (Red Sox pitcher Joe) Kelly throws 98 tonight and I’m almost 40 years old. So I’d better be focused."
Rodriguez's 660th home run came as a pinch hitter in the eighth inning of Friday's game against the Red Sox and broke a 2–2 tie. The Yankees hung on to win 3–2.
